Due to our extensive cargo network, we can assist anywhere in the world. We often import and export to many countries, even if you are on the African continent. We can help using the SADC rules.
To begin the process, we will need documents regarding your shipment, such as a bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, and country of origin. Once we have this, we will formulate a quotation; the rest is up to you.
Yes, all we need is for you to acquire a letter of authority from that clearing agent, and you will need to pay a small handover fee. After that, it's a smooth transition over to us. We will get the documents from that clearing agent and take over the shipping process.
Yes, we can clear this cargo with relative ease. Once you've purchased your order, you can notify your online shipping carrier (such as Amazon or Alibaba) that you have a clearing agent to assist. We will take your goods invoice and calculate all costs relating to your shipment. And then, once payment is received, we will deliver your goods.
