Yes, an importer's code is required to import goods over R50 000. and a code is also needed if you are a regular importer. If you do not have a code, we will assist in registering you for one.
Branded and counterfeit goods are only allowed if you have an LOA. If you import these goods, it will result in severe repercussions, which we will not be responsible for.
All charges are upfront, and we will not charge you for services we didn't do. However, storage is one aspect that we cannot charge beforehand. Storage charges occur when customs officials stop your cargo for an inspection. During this inspection process, there is a daily rate. Since this is an unforeseen charge, We will add it to your invoice after the relative authorities release the cargo.
